Facts and pictures for writing about Tomette.
Tomette is a small focus timer for the macOS menu bar. It keeps time in rounds of focus and break, starts the breaks by itself, holds one task with a few steps, and stays private: no account, no tracking, and it works entirely offline. It's built just for the Mac and is light enough to forget it's running.
The name
A tomette is a small hexagonal terracotta tile, laid one by one across old floors in Provence. Tomette works the same way: one focus session at a time, and by evening a small floor of them.
